for the term October 1st, 2024 to September 30th, 2025
2025 Rising Star Chapter of the Year
- Started off the term with less than 25 members
- Significant growth in membership
- Significant increase in Traffic Light Report activities and statistics
- PALMS reporting submitted on time (within 48 hours after each meeting and before each month and date) and kept current throughout the year
- Members consistently work on BNI "Power of One" activities to grow a more successful membership and chapter
- Consistently work with and take guidance from their Chapter Consultant
2025 Chapter of the Year
- Maintain 25 members or more and have a complete leadership team
- Consistently register visitors and maintain current completed visitor reports
- Maintain a strong and balanced Conversion Rate
- Maintain consistent chapter Net Growth
- Successfully keep a strong First Year Retention Rate
- Maintain a strong overall Member Retention Rate
- Maintain a strong overall chapter Attendance Rate
- Maintain a strong overall Average Value of a Referral
- Number of times a chapter reaches GREEN status on the Traffic Lights Report
